One way that we could go back in time and fix Rome's problems is that we could have the farmer and the slave sign an agreement that says that the farmer will get their farm back after they return from the war. This would help because it would clearly state that the farmer wants his job back. One way that will help with the problem of the problem of farms being taken over by slave-run plantations is that there could be a set limmit of the number of slaves that could be working on the farm at any given time. One way to fix the problam of illegal immigrants taking the jobs of American citizens is to have places of work check when they hire someone if they have ben born an american citizen or they have earned their citizenship and have gotton the certificate that states that they are an American citizen.
